1. What is the material that the lamps are made of?
The screen consists of tiny pieces Tiffany glass in various colors which is soldered together by hand.
The foot is made of metal.

2. Can the lamps break during transport?
Polarfox Tiffany lamps are packed in Styrofoam and it rarely happens that they break. If you receive a damaged lamp from us we will send another without any costs to you.

3. Is the credit card transaction secure?
Our payments are managed by Nets (www.nets.eu) that specializes in credit card payments online. The payment is 100% secure and we never see your card number.

4. Can I change my mind if I do not like the lamp?
If you are not satisfied with anything you order from us, you have 30 days after you received the goods to return it without any costs you. We do not require that the package must be unopened as many others do. However, the product should be in mint condition if it is sent back.

5. How long does it take to get the product sent home?
For goods which we have in stock, it takes approx. 7 days from when you place order to us until you receive the goods delivered at home. For ordered products which we do not have in stock it usually takes no longer than two weeks from order to delivery.

6. How long is the warranty period for your lamps?
We give 1 year warranty for all our lamps

7. What bulbs should be used in your Tiffany lamps?
It is best to use light bulbs with white light that would bring forth the original beautiful color in the glass.

8. Are your products safe?
All products meet the requirements for CE marking and are safe to use

9. Do you have a shop where one can see your lamps? Where is it?
We do not have a physical store. We sell directly from the warehouse. Polarfox KB is in Nässjö (Sweden).

10. Is it a genuine Tiffany lamp or is it a copy?
Original Tiffany lamps were produced by Tiffany Studios in New York. They are found in museums and sold at auctions. All other Tiffany lamps, including ours are reproductions. They are all manufactured by hand, using the same old techniques as the originals.
