1. Payments
We accept payments by VISA/MasterCard and Paypal. Want to pay by other means - contact us.
2. We offer shipping free of charge within UK and EU
3. Delivery time
The delivery time for stock items is approximately 5-7 days. For non-stocked products, it takes about 10 working days, provided the product is available from our supplier. Should any item be temporarily out of stock delivery times may be longer. In that case, you will receive a notice.
4. Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with anything you order from us, you have 30 days after you received the goods to return it without any costs you. We do not require that the package must be unopened as many others do. However, the product should be in mint condition if it is sent back.
5. Damaged goods
If you receive a defective or faulty product we will replace it free of charge with a new product. All we need is a picture of the damage to our email address and we will arrange the rest.
